I'm from India and plan to apply for express entry in Aug 2017 with an expected score of 450 (calculated using the CSR tool) if our IELTS go as expected.
My questions are
1. Is it the right time?
2. What are our chances of getting an ITA?
3. Which draw can we expect it in - what month?
4. What are the chances of Ontario PNP. Do I have to do anything to get an invitation?
5. Should I also apply for other PNP's to get a higher score?
6. Getting my spouse's graduation transcript to WES might take a while. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to wait for these. Without her education the CSR tool gives us 499, with her High School Diploma (452).
7. Do I need to get my spouse's high school diploma evaluated by WES for the 452 listed above or can I just submit a scan of the certificates for express entry?
8. I have my Masters transcripts and can send them to WES tomorrow. Should I wait to get my spouses? Does it make sense to send them together to WES , except more courier charges?
