Hi, I had filed an Express Entry profile in 2017 and that became ineligible and inactive in 2019. My profile was also created in SINP portal in 2019 but is inactive now as old IELTS also expired.
Now in Study Permit application Form IMM1294e - Background Verification - Q2C - 'Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?' - I have answered NO as I did not receive any ITA.
Is this correct? I request guidance on this.
