Express Entry stuck at AOR

I am applying for Express Entry throguh a PNP program and had both my case submission and AOR on May 10th.
Since then however there are no updates and no BIL. What could be the reason ?

Could the IRCC be contacted in regards with this matter ? If so, then how ?

Hi!

It's normal. I received the first update (BIL) 2,5 months after AOR. According to the statistics that I see here BIL comes 2-3 months after the AOR.

You answered your own question - "some" got it, not all. BIL can take as much as 4 months to come for some too as it is manually triggered by the case processing officer.
