Express Entry Stream : French-speaking PNP applicants in a “cul-de-sac”

Provincial French-speaking candidates (express entry) immigrating to Canada as permanent residents see their applications stuck. Our lives and applications are postponed and we are suffering this situation. Our French language seems to be an issue whereas English speakers (same streams) currently and massively receive their ready for visa emails. Even in the provincial "French speaking" streams, IRCC agents only process files submitted in English...!!!
