Hey guys, I have a question. So, I have been working at a NOC B job for about 3 months now, and I have got an interview from a different employer for a NOC 0 level job. If I quit my current job, do I still have to work for a year under the new employer for Express entry?

Are you working in Canada or outside of Canada?

Thanks for the reply. What to do you think is better? A new NOC 0 job or current NOC B job for immigration purposes?
For CEC it doesn't matter.

If you want to apply under PNP, then NOCs can matter and you'll need to research the PNP programs for the province where you are working.

I am trying to sign IMM5669E form by typing my name in the declaration of applicant, at the bottom part, but it does not type anything. I can add the date but I can not type my name in the signature section.

I also printed the form to sign it, but the problem is that some texts in some sections are longer so when printing it gets hidden.
How do you usually fill out the IMM5669E form?

hi!

I’m an American born citizen. I expect to receive a job offer going to Canada on a work permit this spring. The job will start in September and I will be considered a an exempt LMIA limited market impact assessment status. How would I take my fiancé I-129F with me to Canada when he arrives to the U.S.? do we need to at least marry first?

if I know I may want to work in Canada next year should we cancel I-129F (Fiance Visa for U.S.) before he comes or wait till he’s here??
