hi everyone,
i have a question that i couldn't find an answer for. i have a partner and we will launch a single express entry profile for both of us. but when i calculated our points they turned out to be below the minimum required points to be selected from the pool. and we will try to get nominated by province.
my question is. which one of us should apply to obtain nomination. should both of us should do it. or any one of us can do it in case the other one is not needed according to the province's demand list. in addition, can both of us apply for different provinces ?

The application will have a Primary applicant and a dependent (in your case). So, whoever gets the maximum points can be the primary applicant and the other can be the dependent.

The PA can apply for nomination.

Hi Friends,

For the Bank Statement, we have to take last 6 months statement or Summary Statement.

If your bank letter mentions the average balance for the past 6 months (and all the other details required by IRCC), then that alone would suffice. Otherwise, you can submit whatever bank letter you have + 6 months bank statements.

I received an ITA recently. After completing the form I noticed that I had answered the job offer question a ‘Yes’ but filled rest of the information as ‘No’ (for LMIA, closed work permit, etc). Due to this, one of the required document is ‘Offer of Employment’, which apparently should be submitted for Arranged Employment. I do have a job currently in Canada which is Full time, continuous, non-seasonal, but it is not arranged. I am on PGWP currently.
My questions is, can I change my answer to ‘NO’ in my PR Application and submit other documents. This might show a mis-match in my EE Profile and PR Application. But since it does not change my points, I am assuming it would’nt be a problem.

You can answer NO if you have not claimed points for the job offer. You can add a LOE to explain why you have removed it from the eAPR.

I did not claimed 50points for this. But if i go ahead and change the answer to "NO", neither offer of employment nor letter of employment will show up in the documents we need to submit. Because of the change, will it affect the PR decision ?

No, IMO. You still would still see a placeholder to upload documents for your current/past employment that you have mentioned in your work history section.

1,You have a new message in your account for application: W302476615,what is mean by W302476615?
2,You have a new message in your MyCIC account,i was so nervous to open this email but all is empty
Is it good sign of PPR?

Empty? Strange. Logout, clear cookies, cache and active sessions, log in and check again. Also, check your e-mail's junk/spam folder to see if there are any e-mails there. Which browser are you using BTW?

A new message in your account at this stage can either be a decision OR an additional document request. Let's hope its PPR. I don't know what W302476615 is though.

Generally, you shouldn't have any problems if you are using chrome. If it doesn't work, you might want to try it out with another browser (Firefox, probably).
