I want to rent-out my basement apartment to an Indian family from 01-Dec-2016. Ideal for the family who is moving to Canada around this date. Family or a group of students are welcome.
Rent can be in the range of 750 CAD - 900 CAD depending upon family size. Address is in Brampton, Greater Toronto Area.
Amenities includes:
- Unlimited Internet
- Bus stop is near-by (Three buses coming to this busstop)
- School-bus pickup & dropoff service (Free of charge): Most preferable feature for the kids in Canadian winter
- Grocessary mall nearby
- Laundry

Some provinces need a strong connection, others require a minimum CRS of 400 (Ontario), French can also help you get a nomination.

Go through that link and see if you're eligible.

Can't help with you with LMIA as I had an open work permit.

Hi All- I deleted my existing profile and created a new one and got additional 50 points. The issue is that I'm unable to register with the job bank as there was a previous registration in job bank with my old profile. How can I solve it ? Is there anyway without deleting existing job bank account ? pls help

Yes there is, you can link your current job bank to your new profile.

Yes definitely, people are expecting the cutoff score to increase at first but with that score you will get an ITA for sure.

Hi,

I am unable to pay (PR +RPRF) fees from "MY CIC" website. After uploading all documents there is an option "Transmit & Pay". Once I click on same, there is an error "System is facing Techical error and we are in process of resolving the same". This error is coming from 20-Nov-2016.

I have tried to call CIC -canada through one of my relative and they say that the Site is working fine. I have raised technical query through MY CIC but they have failed to provide solution till date.

Is anyone else facing problem to pay (PR +RPRF) fees?

Hi experts.. Could you pl review my post.
Post 19th Nov, I had created a new Express profile, which put me in doubt regarding points assigned against my foreign work experience.
Details of work experience, which are entered in system:-
1st Experience -- May 13 to Aug 15 (2.2 years)
2nd Experience -- Nov15 to May 16 (6 months)
3rd Experience -- Sept 16 (current job, 2 months now)
ILETS – CLB 9
CRS score - 469
Doubt: - If we count it day-wise, my current experience is 2 years and 10 months, but the system (EE profile) has considered it as 3 years and assigned me with 50 points. Now I am in dilemma that if I receive an ITA in the next draw, should I accept it and proceed with my application as it’s not a fault from my side - as I entered all the correct information. Will this be an issue at later stage (rejection or mis-presentation)?

I have:
1 year completed October 2014- October 2015
Started to work Jan 2016 until now( I'm still employed)

However, The system is giving me 2 years of work experience. Is that ok? or should I wait until January 2017 to enter my second year of work experience?

You have to wait, if you receive an ITA and accept it your application will get rejected.

Could you help me with my IELTS score. I entered this in my EE profile

Listening: 9.0 (CLB 10) => 32 points
Speaking: 8.0 (CLB 10) => 32 points
Reading: 7.5 (CLB 9) => 29 points
Writing: 7.5 (CLB 10) => 32 points

Total: 125 but my EE profile is only showing 115 points for my language, is my computation correct?
