one more query for today....
on CIC website it says regarding the ECS that:

"Where an ECA has been obtained, the applicant must provide the ECA reference number in their e-APR for online validation directly with the issuing organization.
A scanned copy of the ECA is not required when submitting the e-APR but may be requested by CIC at a later date."

Does it mean that i don't need to upload the scanned hard copy of the ECA report received from WES?

Also, i think i will be able to submit the online PR application by 15th December,2015 and my express entry profile will expire in June 2016, my worry is what happens, if my application will still be under process in June 2016?

please clarify...

thanks...

Once you submit application, you need not worry about expiration.

Looks like I'm the guy with less score that you are referring to. Once your CRS>= 400, it doesn't make a difference. It's not that you are more qualified (in terms of eligibility) just because you have 443 CRS and I have 410, this doesn't work that way. Everyone who has CRS>=400 are equally eligible.

As reported on the Ontario website, there is some technical issue with their application and hence many eligible people are not getting interest notification. You can try recreating your profile next Tuesday and hope you get a PT next Friday!

Good luck and all the very best!

Hey rajkamalmohanram, I have a doubt here. I am planning to make FD in SBI. My SBI account does not have much amount to show as Closing balance whereas my HDFC bank is regularly maintained and has a reasonable amount. Should you suggest whether to transfer the fund to my SBI bank or get a letter from HDFC bank?

Thanks!!
What ultimately matters is you have to conclusively prove that the funds are yours. Once you have a FD, IMO, showing 6 months bank statements becomes meaningless. You just need a bank letter + FD documentation. That's all! Whichever bank you want to pick is upto you!

Good luck!!

Hello Seniors,

I am really stressed out about one thing-

I have a job offer from Qatar and I need to attest my ORIGINAL educational certificates & Police Clearance certificate by the Foreign Affairs Ministry & Qatar Embassy on the back side.

I have already submitted all the documents post ITA under EE system. The status of my applications is in Process. Is there a chance CIC will need to check hardcopies of educational certificates & police clearance certificates? The fact that they will have attestation from Foreign Affairs Ministry & Qatar Embassy on the back will create any problem?

Please help me out with this.

Alifur

I got ITA last friday and preparing my application. I am a single applicant. 'Never married/single status'. In the document checklist, I am not able to understand 'Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) '. I only have 1 passport!!! Are they talking about multiple pages in the passport?

I think multiple is a generalized statement assuming multiple applicants. Since you are single applicant , you can go ahead and upload the details requested from your passport. You can upload the biometric pages as well as any visa's that you have if you have travelled outside of your home country.

It is a generic statement. You can upload biometric pages as well as any valid visas that you hold in your passport.

Hello everyone,
I am going to take the IELTS test on February and then to submit my CIC EE profile under FSW from overseas without any work experiance in Canada. I do have experiance as Financial analyst and Economist for approximately 10 years.
According to my past experience with IELTS and my details, I assume that my score will be approximately 437 points. If I will send my spouse to do her IELTS and accredit her education it will add 5 and 10 points respectively.
What are my chances to get an invitation for sponsorship from Ontario through EE ?
It says that I have to gain more than 400 points in the EE profile to be eligble for sposorship.
Are there other requirements to be met for Ontario that are strickter than the general EE for FSW ?
I read here that people got Sponsorship invitation from Ontario in the past year with 411, 407 EE score etc… - does it make sense ? If so I don't have to use my spouse's education and IELTS (costs efforts and expanses)
Is it worth to pay for the accreditation and the exam for my spouse ?
Thanks

Hi, hope you can help me with my dilemma regarding whether is accept or reject the ITA.

I am a provincial nominee and received the ITA on nov 27. My points is 885.

With the help of our friends in this forum and some info from the net, I learned that I will have to request new work certificates from all my job experiences following the format requirement by CIC. But I currently reside in Singapore and most of my previous jobs were in Phil. Also to consider the upcoming Christmas festive where a lot of offices will close for the season, I might be needing more time to gather all the new documents I need.

I learned that we can reject the ITA and be put back to the pool and considered again for the next draw. If I do so, I will have more time to collate all my documents before the new 60 day deadline comes. But with my provincial nomination expiring on Mar 2016, I am worried that if I don't get included in the EE draw just in time, I will lose very big points and will make my chances in the EE draw slimmer.

I hope you can share your views on this dilemma. Would greatly appreciate your advice.

In addition, I have additional questions:

1. Do spouses also need to give job certs or only the principal applicants?
2. My EE profile says I'm under federal skilled worker category but I am seeing some applicants with provincial nominations also but classified under PNP category in other forums. Are these categories the same or from different classification?

Thanks so much.

Can someone help me with this? Many thanks

I am very new to the forum. I have started reading this topic and found a lot of useful information for my Canadian dream :). Thank you all very much.

I just have one question that need some experts to help with, as I've been trying to locate this information from the forum but could not find it.

My question is about education. It is mentioned in CIC website that: "Occupation related to the degree must be:NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and licensed by a provincial regulatory body". I wonder if an MBA would relate to any occupation of NOC, as I got one and I'm not sure if I'm qualified with 23 points if I have it assessed.

Thank you very much.
