Plz solve my one problem regarding experience letter...
I got my exp. Letter... But problem is the Roles and responsibilities are very similar to NOC ...
So i want to show u via email my exp letter to know if it is fine or i need to request agajn to my HR...
Plz help me only ONCE.....

Good IELTS score but what matters is your CRS.

Q2. In case i get the ITA , how soon do i have to show proof of funds??

POF is part of mandatory submissions along with other post ITA documents.

Q3. In case i get the ITA , can i wait till i get a job before i move ??

Yes. But you will have to land in Canada at least once to confirm your PR status before your Medicals expire or your passport expires, whichever is earlier. You are then free to return to your home country (some advise that you wait for a few months and get your PR card as well) and will have to necessarily spend 2 years (continuously or otherwise) out of the next 5 years to retain your PR status.

As per CRS tentative score is 459 points , not counting my husbands IELTS scores as he hasn't taken it as yet.

Do you recommend I submit the EE profile once I have all the details, i.e, His IELTS scores , WES etc... or can it be modified later on ??

What are the chances of this score? can the invitation come (if it does) before 6 months ? I have heard it will take minimum 6 months for sure ...

Also, the EE profile will be under my name as primary , in such a case, if we get the PR , can my husband go without me for the 1st couple of months to set up things and then i move? hope this will be possible? ???

I am not sure of these questions have been discussed earlier, but will really appreciate if somebody can reply:

1. Does it matter if we make two profiles as different primary applicant A) for my-self and B) for my Spouse

2. I am having more points on ITA, but I have a significant challenge that I don't have a DOB proof. I was not even registered at the time of birth and my 10th certificate also has mismatch in second name. Does CIC insists on DOB certificate or an affidavit along with passport, DL, Voter Card etc can work?

3. Does CIC wants experience letters of spouses also (when u select it as an accompanying spouse)?

4. Can the company offer letter mentioning roles and responsibilities along with salary slip act as an experience proof?

As I already had my ECA done, I thought I was good to go and make my CIC profile.
The official languages form asks for the IELTS Test Report Form Number.
I don't have the hard copy of my IELTS report yet as the result just got out.
Is there any way to now the TRF number beforehand, or will I have to wait till I receive the report in mail?

No but I don't recommend it. You will have to declare your spouse in your application - whether she accompanies you or not. You must show POF for all your family members (spouse+kids) whether accompanying or not. Same goes with her. So, you would have to declare everything separately (and show hell a lot of monies). So, not recommended. Check which one of you would score higher and based on that choose the PA.

Birth Certificate is NOT required for PA. Its required only for kids. As long as there is a DOB on your passport (I'm sure there will be a DOB on your passport), you are good to apply.

No.

4. Can the company offer letter mentioning roles and responsibilities along with salary slip act as an experience proof?

Offer letter is a supporting document. Reference letter is the primary document. You can attach payslips, increment letters, appreciation mails, your offer letter, promotion letter etc as supporting documents for employment.

Submit your profile right away. You can always update it till you get an ITA.

This score received an ITA earlier this week! You could get an ITA in October.

No. The PA has to necessarily land first with or without the others who are part of the application.

You will have to wait for the physical report - there is no reliable way to 'guess' the TRF number.

Dear Brother.

I want to apply through FSW program .

my NOC is 2282,and fyi i have completed IELTS with (R.6,L6,W6.5,S6.5) and i have done MS IT and i got ECA Report for Bachelor Degree 4 years.

Necessary to mention that my spouse dont have any formal education nor she possess IELTS certificate. will i be eligible to apply under married case ?? if not then can i apply as single candidate and make profile on single status.plz help
