Hi,

I have a question: at what stage of canadian skilled immigration process needs to see the original documents? As I can see we have to upload them.

Why I am asking is because I have to send some degrees for attestation (for other purpose) hence I this will take few weeks there.

Also my crs points are 432. When can I expect invitation if I lets say submit my application in the pool today?

1) Everything is submitted online so at no stage will you be asked to submit the physical document. All they need are scanned originals.
2) Although CIC is unpredictable, based on the current trends, you are likely to get an ITA in the next draw. See a thread called Ray of Hope.

Hi friends. I hope everyone is doing fine. I really need a advice, actually i received ITA on 4th May, 2017 and my CRS is 428. But i gave 2nd IELTS test on 29th April, 2017 and got more bands which increased my CRS to 465 in total. Can i update my IELTS in PR application? Seeking expert advice.

Yes, you can. Just explain this change in your LOE. However, you don't necessarily have to as you have already received your ITA with the previous IELTS results.

Hi All,

I have done PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management, 2 year full time program, Equivalent to MBA) from Balaji Institute of International Business, Pune which is an independent institute (neither affiliated to any university nor a deemed university) and M.Com. from Gujarat University.

My wife has done MBA (2 year full time program) from ICFAI University.

Please guide me whether I should do ECA for both of us.

A prompt help on the subject would be highly appreciated.

I highly recommend you do. This will increase your overall CRS and help you decide who should be the principle applicant if you have not done so already.

I have the EE profile number, but not for the student's.
So should I just update the EE one?

Creating an Express Entry profile is not an application to IRCC. This question is asking about actual Visa application. So you have to answer Yes because of the Student Visa application not the EE profile. Therefore, your EE profile number is irrelevant here.

I completed a degree/diploma in 18 months. when I fill in my EE profile, for full completed academic years should I state 1year or 2 years?

P.S - the ECA equivalency was a 4 year bachelors

Hi...My friend is trying to get PR. Since he has low IELTS score, he wants to complete one-year Canadian experience and apply under CEC program. He started working on 30th Sep 2016. Does anybody know when he will be eligible to apply under CEC program? I am asking this because some of his friends told him that he will become eligible once 11 months of experience are over instead of 12 months. Any idea on this?

Hi,

The best advice I can give you is that when selecting an NOC the job title is of little or no importance. Select the NOC in which you have performed the actions in the lead statement and performed the main duties described.

So carefully go through the codes and select one yourself as only you know the duties you have performed.

Hi,

Both options are acceptable, but I would personally recommend option 2 as it is neater and easier to follow. This will make the immigration officer's job a lot easier.

But when I click on this, a blank PDF is download without anything on it

1) If I get my PR from canada, do I need to go there immediately? If not, then what is the time frame? Can u please explain in details what happens when you get the PR?

2) can I apply for australian pr simultaneously?

3) is it possible to keep 2 pr? Canada and australia ?

4) How much will it cost overall in canadian dollar for canadian PR ( Approx)
