I have a question, I just received my wife's WES result and it says "Diploma(Two years) and Bachelor's degree (Four Years)". My question is whether it is considered as a bachelor's degree and receives 8 points for spouse or it is two or more diploma and degree with 9 points?

It shall be the one that says, Two degrees/diploma or a certificate course, atleast one of which shall be of three years.

I have just created the Profile on CIC website, with my Score at 397, (CLB 9 in all but one). Further, will be giving my IELTS GT exam, again on 16th, will definitely get my required scores this time.

I have my wife and my WES (double bachelors for both), IELTS for both, PCC done for me left for wife. After CLB 9, my scores will jump on to 457.

With a score as above, How soon after creation of profile, should one expect an ITA? The draws that take place on a regular basis, is that what we call as an ITA or is it something else? In that case, Am i to wait till the draw comes down to 457?

The draws take place often, but there is no set date, so we don't know when they will happen, but it's about twice a month.
Once the draw drops to 457, you will receive an ITA.
There's no accurate way to predict when the draw will drop to 457. The last time it was that low was in February. So it might drop to 457 in the next draw, or it might not be until next year. No one knows. Good luck.

Guys..please I need IMMEDIATE help on how to modify the number of family members after I have submitted my PR application as Im a single applicant but I mistakenly stated that I have a dependent family member. I received an email from CIC saying that there is discrepancy in my application and that the available funds are not enough.
I cant find any links to upload any additional document nor can I contact CIC to explain this mistake, please help me URGENTLY as my application may be refused in few days. I sent them a technical issue report but this may take 20 days to be resolved while I have 5 days to explain this mistake.

I uploaded a letter of explanation a week ago requesting an extension for my FBI PCC submission, since even though it had been mailed out to me, I have not yet received it. It has been a week, and I have not heard anything from CIC yet, and MyCIC still shows the status of the document as 'Provided.'
Is this something I need to be worried about? How long on average do they take to respond? I don't think they have ever taken this long to respond to LORs/requests for extensions before.

Hi All,

While creating my Express Entry profile Applicant Detail section, I am receiving a warning message about incomplete information in "Job Offer/Employment" screen of the Express Entry profile despite entering all the information in the provided field. The message says: "Exception Encountered: ORA-00936: missing expression" whenever I try to check my application screens for completeness and try to move to next application section.
I have tried refreshing, creating a new profile, and every other possible way to get around it but it doesn't go away. I'm facing this issue since a week now. Please help me

I am facing a weird problem while filling out the express entr profile under MYCIC account. When I enter education history section and open the drop down menu of 'Country of study' I do not see 'United Kingdom'. I need to choose UK as my country of study but it is just not there. What do i do to resolve this? Many thanks

Can you try searching for England (or the country applicable) instead?

One of my friend is having Bachelor of engineering degree in E&C but he is self employed and running his construction company . Can we count his 4 years self employed experience for applying under FSW. He is not having any experience other than this?

Hello All,

We have received AOR yesterday for OINP. Can someone help how much time it takes to receive PNP after receiving AOR these days? Also they mentioned that our DD has been outdated as it was sent in January so we will be sending the new one today. Any idea how much time they take to return the first DD?
