We submitted our EE and trying to register on Job Bank. But we can't... they are apparently facing technical difficulties but it's been for over 2 days already. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Also, we got 429 points for our EE. How do we maximize it (we got max for IELTS, education, and age). I was thinking applying to PNP, but there are a couple of questions:

1. Can I apply to multiple provinces at the same time? In case one of them accepts us, we will update our existing EE.

2. What is the best province to apply to, in terms of their requirements for acceptance of immigrants?

3. Any other suggestions how to increase the number of points we have?

Wes evaluated my PhD degree and assessed it was good but not my master degree and bachelor degree (way too difficult for me to have the papers from my university).

On the post ITA submission in "personal history" I put the time when I was doing those degrees, but should I also state them in the section "study and languages" and say that wes did not evaluate them ? Or should I just not say anything on this section since I am not claiming any points for those degrees ?

Please assist me in this regards, CIC sent me letter in which they are intend to refuse my application as Nova Scotia application has not satisfied them that I have ability to economically establish in Canada and further I uploaded all documents but they wrote that your fees has not received. please advice me for writing them back.

What about the LOE? Can it be only one letter or should I attach for each related section?

I ll prefer writing one letter and then describe everything in that letter under different headings.

As job bank match service is temporary down, does anyone know if there's another way for me to activate my Express Entry profile? I'm afraid of missing this round of invitation, as my score is so close to the last draw. So, I'm in a hurry to activate my EE profile but then run into the technical issue which has been over a week and they still haven't been able to fix anything. Does anyone have any idea what to do at this point? I appreciate the input. Thank you very much!

I'm in the same situation as you are regarding Job Bank. I contacted them, they told me this is a problem that the staff is aware of and they are trying to fix it. This is their message to me:

Nowadays Marriage certificate is also issued by Bombay Municipal corporation.. earlier certificate was given by Bandra Court.

Am confused where to get the marriage certificate from..could you please help me

I believe my NOC is 9241 and I noticed that this category fits in the skilled trade program. The issue is I have only 1 year experience and no certificate of qualification so I wouldn't be eligible for the FSTP.

Does anyone know if the NOCs for the FST are excluded from applying under FSW? I'm pretty certain they are not excluded and I am eligible but if anyone has any experience or advice I would greatly appreciate it!

Your NOC is not eligible for FSWP, no.
NOC skill levels 0, A, and B are the ones that are usually acceptable. To know if you qualify, check the second number of your four digit NOC code XXXX. If it is 0, 1, or 2, you qualify under FWSP. So, if it is X0XX, X1XX, or X2XX, you are good to go.

What you said seems a little confusing. First, you said my NOC (9241) is not eligible for FSWP but in the last sentence you said if it fits X2XX then it's fine.

My apologies, I misread it! I read it as 9421.
I think you are eligible then if you are 9241

urgent help needed

Hello everyone,

I recently got my AINP, but i also have an LMIA approved job. So i wanted to apply to EE through CEC,as i have one year of Canadian Experience.
i tried to make EE profile, in the process i have some questions, i would appreciate if i can have an expert advice on the questions below:
I selected YES in EE question about nomination .
1)I tried to change the nomination answer to NO(coz ainp isnt applicable to E.E), but i was unable to do so. Should i delete this profile completely and start a new one? or should keep it as YES,
2) I got a message in MYCIC acc with EE profile no and job code when i tried to enter my E.E profile no. and job seeker validation code its not proceeding . it says error.
the below msg was also in that pdf format.
Once we have received confirmation from the province or territory of nomination, or you’ve registered with Job
Bank, we will be advised and your Express Entry profile will become active

3)also under my application status the nomination tab says pending
4) it said job bank registration not applicable . is this because i have an approved lmia?

i want to proceed with CEC, how can i do that after having AINP.
Please reply with your valuable suggestions.
