If the spouse's experience was outside Canada, you get no points for that. Recommend that you remove it from their work history and retain it only in the personal history section. You can make this edit now without any repercussions. After you remove that experience from work history, you won't be prompted for employment records.

I have got the following from WES

1. A bachelors (equivalent to 4 years)
2. One year of graduate study

I have put it as Two or more degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Would that be appropriate? The material on the website suggests that it would be correct but would still require advice from the forum.

If that is what your overall Canadian experience summary states, you have chosen correctly.

The overall Canadian Equivalency Summary says "Bachelor's Degree (4 years)".

But in credential analysis there are two points:

For pt.1 I have gotten Canadian equivalency : Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
For pt 2 I've gotten Canadian equivalency: One year of graduate study.

You're looking at the right source. Choose 'Two or more..' option. Even though your overall equivalence summary doesn't agree with the format, explicit mention of 'One year of graduate study' bolsters your case.

I'm going to slightly revise my earlier assertion.

WES reports do NOT use the format 'One year of graduate study with a focus in...'. That format is followed only by ICES and IQAS. In your case, recommend that you attach an LOE to highlight this part of your WES report and explain why you made the decision to choose 'Two or more...' option.

I am facing an issue with respect to my education credentials. I have done 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management and WES has considered it Canadian equivalent of Masters in my report.

Now while filling in my EE profile, I am asked what is my level of education. I believe I should fill in 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degree out of which one is at least 3 years. It then asks what is the ECA assessment for my education, in which I entered Masters as per my report. After punching all these details, it is taking "2 or more degrees" instead of Masters. I tried changing the fields in my ECA report but it does not make any difference. It only considers what I entered in my level of education irrespective of whatever field I choose in my ECA report.

What should I do? Should I write Masters in my level of education which is technically wrong but it is right according to my ECA report in terms of Canadian equivalency. Or should I stick with 2 or more degrees and let CIC take a call? I do not want to unnecessarily lose points and also don't want to misrepresent.

Choose Masters as that is your Canadian equivalency.

You can submit that explanation after you receive an ITA though I'm not sure there is anything to be explained here - your ECA report clearly says that you have Masters equivalency.

thank you! i thought, it would be logical to just put post-secondary, but it says they will evaluate secondary and post-secondary, that's what made me think. when you did your EE profile, you only put post-secondary? you already got an invitation? thanks again.



now, my 2nd question, for post-secondary, i started college with a different university where i graudated. let's say, i was with school A and took industrial engineering for 2 years, didn't finish and transferred to school B and took aeronautical engineering and finished it in 3 years. the first 2 years were general engineering so most of the subjects were credited. do i need to put school A on the list as well? and if yes, what should i put on educational level in school A, "bachelor's degree or 3 years or higher"?

in school B, i can put bachelor's degree or 3 years and more, because i actually finished the course, but what about school A? and what should i say, unfinished? or in good standing but without diploma?

Hello!

For the employment records, what all documents are required to be uploaded?

I have the job reference letter from my supervisor, appointment letter, yearly salary revision letters, promotion letter, ID proof, business card & salary slips.

Could someone clarify how many months of salary slips I need to upload? Do I also need to upload bank statements showing salary credit into account? If so how many months?
