Hi
I am Cesaltino i already have my process sent to RCIC to be avaluated.
What can you recommend me to do to keep going?
I don't think anyone would have absolutely any idea what you are talking about...

RCIC...?? (RCIC = Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ).

Did you mean IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) instead?

What application did you send them? Which program are you applying under?

I recently got approved with my validated job offer from Quebec in Montreal. Can I apply for express entry and claim points for this validated job offer?
For the Express Entry program, you'll need to intend to reside outside the province of Quebec.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.html

You must plan to live outside the province of Quebec. The province of Quebec selects its own skilled workers. If you plan on living in Quebec, see Quebec-selected skilled workers for more information.

When you fill out your profile, we’ll ask you where you plan to live in Canada. You don’t have to settle in that province or territory.
So, in case the question comes up, you might have to satisfy the officer that you intend to reside in a different province in Canada.

Hello.
I received ITA on 16 April draw and I am from CEC stream. In my upload document they asked me to.upload proof of funds but I read on CIC website that proof of funds is not required if u qualify under CEC stream kindly help
If you were invited to apply under CEC, you can upload a letter in the POF field mentioning that you were invited to apply under CEC and hence you are exempt from submitting POF.

I have already uploaded my birth certificate and my Sister's + Her pay stubs + Citizenship + Driving License.

But I believe I have already done that in other sections like the below - is this Okay ?

Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling (required)
Proof of residency in Canada of sibling (required)
Proof of sibling relationship (required)

Family Member Proof of Status (required) (What should I upload in this section?
Since your sister is a citizen, you can upload her citizenship certificate as proof of status. The sole purpose of citizenship certificate is to prove one's status as as a Citizen of Canada.

Hi everyone,
I am currently in the process of submitting my profile but my noc code lies under two categories, under C and B NOC code as i was working at financial institution as a Member service representative which falls under FSR (noc b) also under CSR(NOC C)

so i was wondering how can i classify, should i consider my pay rate ?

if i go with NOC B would they decline my experience later on ?

Please advise further
THANKYOU
NOC category C is NOT eligible for Express Entry. Your job has to fall under NOC categories 0,A or B.

Having said that, the NOC depends on your roles and responsibilities (100%) (the job title really doesn't matter AFAIK).

Is it possible to submit EOI for PNP without results for test of English language since the test schedule
is being delayed by the pandemic?.

Thanks for your anticipated response.

While the criteria differs between provinces, I don't think you can submit EOIs without all the required documents unless it is explicitly stated on the official PNP website.

Hello Everyone

I'm looking for advise to apply EE

- My wife who will be the main applicant has a masters degree in law and economics but her work experience is in HR, does the NOC chosen have be in the same field as your education?
She has an HR post graduate diploma but that is less points

- Does IQAS require to send the original document or can we send a copy?

- One lawyer I talked to was suggesting applying RNIP ( Rural and Northern immigration pilot ) , has anyone heard of this and is it easier to be accepted?

_ My dad is a Canadian citizen for the past 20years, does that make any difference?
Thank all for your help

How difficult is it to apply for and be granted PR after haven worked for 1 year in Canada? It is easier to secure PR haven worked in Canada for 1 year than seeking for PR via Express entry from outside Canada?

The process remains the same either way. Having Canadian experience won't make the process "easy". Either way, you'll receive an ITA only if your CRS score >= the cut-off CRS score of the draw.

The small advantages you get if you have Canadian experience (in a suitable NOC) of at least 1 year are as follows :

1. You are awarded higher CRS points for Canadian work experience.
2. You do NOT have to show proof of funds if you are invited to apply under CEC.
