Is there no one at all who can provide it? If that is the case then in addition to all that you mentioned above, prepare a LoE stating the same and also attach documentary proof i.e. a mail in which HR/supervisor of your company refused to provide such a letter.Hello group members.. I have one question regarding reference letter... Since I'm not able to get reference letter I ask as follows:-
I have :-
1. Appointment letter
2. Department's photo ID card detailing my joining date, designation etc.
3. Salary slips
4. Form 16
5. Manual published by deptt. detailing duties and responsibilities of my designation.
6. Other training certificates issued by deptt. from time to time.
Now if I provide all these things, do I still need reference letter, bcz nobody in my deptt. is agreeing to provide reference letter.
Pls advise. Thanks.
in adddition atleast get company letter with your salary, designation and date of joining if roles and responsibilites cannot be included.
But if that also cannot be provided then you need to mention your situation properly in LoE and then in the end it will all depend on your case officer if it is acceptable or not.
