Express Entry - Status because of Pregnancy (Urgent)

Hello Everyone,

I have submitted the documents on March 3rd, 2017 and my wife is pregnant, so she hasn't gone through the X-Ray. Our account says that "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam and our next step is conduct a background check". But we are seeing this status from past one month. Would this mean they have held our profile till we submit he X-ray report? Will they be informing us if they are going to hold the process?

Is there anybody here going through the same situation or has gone through it earlier?

To my knowledge without the X ray they wouldnt process the application, I went thru the same situation when I applied for WP in 2015 nov. I did the X ray after 12-14 weeks as recommended by doctor. After the submission both got the visa.
