Express Entry- Skilled Worker - App submitted on 03.03.2018

I have submitted my Invitation under Express Entry on 03.03.2018. Once I submitted my application, got an automated email that there is no need of Interview for me at this point. If needed, they will reach out to me.
Do anyone know if Interview is mandatory for all the Express Entry for Skilled workers or they have any criteria for selecting individual for the same?
Also, I would like to see a forum section for people with dates 03.03?
I would also like to know the next steps with expected time lines?

Not everyone goes through an interview. All you can do now is wait for them to process your application.

Anyone can create a thread for people with the date of 3.3.18. If there's not one created already, you can open it yourself.

Timelines vary. Most are processed within 6 months.
