Express Entry: Server Update Error

Hello Guys,
I was trying to update my express entry profile. As my wife ECA had just arrived. But if I am updating anything in spouse section then getting a server error from last few days. As I have to submit profile for PNP and need to update my score. Please suggest me on this. Also is anyone facing the same issue?

its best you withdraw it and start over. I did the same.

was not able to update certain sections and was getting "servers are being updated/being busy error".

I removed the profile and started over from "check your eligibility".

But it will not be viable as I had submitted my PNP by using that express entry number also it's being submitted in job bank else I need to create new email to create new job profile. Is there any contact number or support email of cic where I can complaint regarding this issue?

Hi.

Has anybody experienced glitches in their ITA? I know of someone who got an invite and the cut off is 469. And In the invite his points show as 462 Not including the wife's ECA and IELTS. Where as they show as 472 something in the express entry profile including the spouse ECA and IELTS.

Not sure as to how to proceed. Should accept the invite or not?
