express entry score not increased or updated after new high IELTS score

hello Guys,

we filled new ielts score in express entry profile, previously the CRS score was 414, and now its showing same CRS score, and there is no email from CIC about update, we checked Comprehensive ranking tools, it should be 475 after new upgraded ielts score, is there any technical problem going with CIC website, we updated 3 times but showing no increase in CRS score, please advise.

hello xpressentry, thanks for quick reply we updated ielts score 15 hours ago, but in the box its also not showing processing updates

It can take upto 24 hours to update.
