As far as I know, uploading transcripts are not mandatory but uploading of ECA and scanned degrees/ diplomas are mandatory..

Certified copy of what.?? Everything has to be original, scanned and uploaded.

The diploma. But you are right, scanned original it is. I was confused with the oinp application where copies are needed.

not mandatory but people got application rejected/returned as incomplete. So upload your foreign degree and ECA as one pdf file.

suppose you get points for canadian degree then you dont need to include bachelor and no need to get ECA for bachelor

If you're claiming points for "two or more certificates" then you would certainly need an ECA of your foreign credential.

No.

Add it in the personal history section once you receive your ITA. No ECA required.
