Hello, need urgent help on my rejected express entry application.
I received my ITA in October and applied accordingly. Today I received the following message:

"Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has reviewed your application for permanent
residence. We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a complete
application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
Your application is rejected for being incomplete.
Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Proof of education
- No Foreign Education Credential provided with ECA."

But I shared my WES equivalence references for both Bachelors and Masters and uploaded the documents.

What should I do? I think they might have made a mistake. Can I request an appeal? I am a foreign national applying from my home country and I have no Canadian experience. Please help!

Yes. You can appeal against there decision.

If you have any proof that you included these docs in your application, then you just have to write them a CSE and explain all this and upload the proof showing that you uploaded these docs.

If its a mistake on cic part, they will re-open your case and ask you to resubmit your app fee.

What do you call the degree? Isn't the transcript enough for Canadian studies?

I wish I don't get stuck in same situation.

I have submitted WES ECA and Final Degree certificate for Foreign Bachelor,

and Transcript and final degree for Canadian education.

For Foreign education Degree must be accompanied by ECA if you are claiming points

Please seniors,
I claimed point for two or more degrees. I submit my Canadian degree certificate and transcript. However, for the foreign degree I did not submit my transcript: I only submitted the certificate and the ECA (WES) in my e-APR. Should I be worried too? Please help!!!
