I am interested with it too, I am thinking. if 2014 PR rejected, we have to move to 2015 fast express. but there is no details about it. damn it.

I feel 2014 applicatants are facing worst phase of cec processing.
Because it is in final phase.Dont know about future express entry.
iF PR regected for 2014 applicants they dont have any choice to move to 2015 express entry.
Its kind of tension for 2014 applicants.
Whether we get PR or else we need to move to 2015 express entry(which we dont know how deos it effect people).
for example:
If they change IELSTS requirements(in 2015 express entry class) then how it going to effect the people who already applied in 2014 and waiting for pr.

My guess would be that it might increase, decrease or stay the same. I'm not sure which.

Why it would impact applicants who have applied already in 2014 ?

IELTS: a language test is required for almost every immigration stream that leads to a Permanent resident visa. Documenting one’s language ability may help them immigrate, and even if an IELTS is not required for express entry, the score may still help an applicant convey their English language proficiency to a potential employer.

I agree a good IELTS/CELPIP score will boost your express entry profile, but not necessarily a requirement. However lets not forget after one gets invited, language exam score is still (probably) required under CEC or FSWP. So either way, you'll need it.
