Hello,

I am a professional with a Masters Degree from u.s and wanted to know couple of things:

a. If I need to get my post secondary education (Bachelors) also assessed?
b.My occupation is Regulatory Affairs, so what would be the NOC for the field?

No need to get bachelors assessed. Only the highest degree needs to be assessed - it has been stated very clearly.
NOC you are the best judge mate... just look at job duties and see what suites you best... it doesnt have to be 100% accurate, even 60-70% accurate is enough

not true. only highest degree needs to be assessed
Ok i didnt know that. When i got my Masters evaluated from WES they have asked me to send my graduation degree as well and the the same is mentioned on their website if u select the country as india @ http://www.wes.org/ca/required/index.asp?lctryid=2

http://www.wes.org/required/india-instructions.asp?inst=2

U can verify the same from the following links of WES.

Well may be other evaluation agencies doesnt require or may be not required for people from other than india

have seen several people who only evaluated highest degree.

Maybe sometimes they ask for bachelors also incase they want to give option as 2 or more degrees and not masters degree
