No need to get bachelors assessed. Only the highest degree needs to be assessed - it has been stated very clearly.
NOC you are the best judge mate... just look at job duties and see what suites you best... it doesnt have to be 100% accurate, even 60-70% accurate is enough
Ok i didnt know that. When i got my Masters evaluated from WES they have asked me to send my graduation degree as well and the the same is mentioned on their website if u select the country as india @ http://www.wes.org/ca/required/index.asp?lctryid=2
