Yes its true. I got a call from few friends they got the invitation too.

Their score was around 375

I thought their requirement was 400+. Maybe with scores going down they are moving to 350ish or maybe it was my IELTS score ( L-7, R-9,W-9,S-8.5) Retaking it. next week..My score is expected to jump to 440 with L-8.5.

Should I start PNP procedure and how long it takes to get nominated?

I am FSW-Outland

No, this is based on some criteria which is being revised because ceratinly I don't qualify with current criteria on their website.

As far as processing time goes
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html

We fall under human priority

Who Can Apply
To be eligible to apply under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must meet provincial and federal eligibility criteria. You will be assessed against both as part of the nomination process.

To qualify under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must:

  1. Have a valid profile in the Express Entry pool;
  2. Qualify for either the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC);
  3. Indicate an interest in immigrating to either Ontario or “All Provinces and Territories” when you create a profile in Express Entry; AND
  4. Have received a Notification of Interest from Ontario through your IRCC online account.
Note: You will be asked to select which federal program(s) you would like to be assessed against for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream Criteria
To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following provincial criteria:

  • Work Experience: A minimum of either:
  • Education: Equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Language: A minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in English or in French
  • Settlement Funds: A minimum level of savings or income to support you and your family members
  • Intent: An intention to live in Ontario
  • Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score: A minimum of 400 points in the CRS of IRCC’s Express Entry system.

Your Notification of Interest (NOI) is valid for six months. This means that you must register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal within six months of receiving your NOI from Ontario.

Once you register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e Filing Portal, you must submit your complete application to the OINP within 14 calendar days.

The 14 day deadline to apply following registration for the HCP Stream must not be confused with the validity period of your NOI from Ontario.

Note: An NOI does not guarantee you a registration in the OINP e Filing Portal. If you intend to apply for the HCP Stream, it is recommended that you register a profile and submit an application as soon as possible to ensure that your application is received before Ontario’s nomination allocation is fulfilled.

One more thing to ask. I have mistakenly wrote my full name in wrong order in sur name. My full name is Sd Motan Sed. N I have written Sed instead of Sd in the sur name in the express entry profile. But my full name is written Sd Motan Sed and even in the letter of interest its written Sd Motan Sed. Will that can effect my nomination in future?
