Express Entry - Provinces and Territories you consider living in ?

Hi Guys,

My score is 473 and I have studied and worked in Ontario since I have been in Canada. Please tell me what should I select in Express Entry Profile question - "Provinces and Territories you consider living in ?"

Since Ontario PNP is closed, I am still hopeful like everyone else that if the gates open, I might be selected from Express Entry pool directly.

If I select all the provinces , then why would a province select me (as it may seem that I am not stable in my selection & not a good candidate as I am willing to move to any province for the sake of getting a nomination [especially if Ontario PNP opens and I have all the provinces selected])?

What would be the most favorable selection that I should do for this section in the profile as of now?

Select all, by doing this new PNPs in the future might pick your profile up like OINP.

No. I selected all and still got an ITA from OINP.
