Express Entry Provience Query

I got my IELTS Result Overall 6.5 Band (L : 7, R : 5.5, S : 6, W : 6.5)

I am applying for Express Entry PR Visa.

Can i go ahead with above score? What is criteria province wise?

As I have done I.T in which state has better opportunity?

You've passed the minimum. Getting a higher score will increase your CRS points.

Most provinces aren't job specific, your biggest barrier will be if you have a score below 420.
