Asking this question on behalf of a friend...
I would like to request a clarification for the following query. Could someone please provide a response based on their experience or knowledge? I have been in Canada for one year now on a closed work permit (ICT). Recently, my Express Entry profile has been categorized under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). I've obtained a total of 446 points. However, during my last profile check, a question appeared asking if I have worked with my current company in Canada for more than a year. I answered "yes," resulting in my points increasing to 496. My profile now shows CEC points (40) and Arranged Employment points (50).
My question is: am I eligible to claim both of these points, and is a deputation letter sufficient to prove the arranged employment?
