Express Entry Profile: Two Express entry application numbers

I created my GC Key profile, and submitted Express entry Application.
After submitting the application i found that i have received two different application numbers in my message box within the GCKey profile.
My profile status is still pending after 10 hrs of registration. and i Think this might be the problem.
Any one has any idea about what should i be doing in this case?
