Express Entry Profile Submitted Applicants with score of 400+

Hi Guys,

Is there anyway to determine when the next draw will be. Hasn't it been over 4 weeks since the last one now? My points just recently bounced up to 535 from getting my WES back so really hoping to get called up on the next round.

Just sent documents to WES for wife's Bachelor's degree evaluation, which should add 8 more points.
Now persuading her to take IELTS, but she is not confident.

CRS 797. i know, its a lot But i`m waiting and waiting on draw. IELTS R5,5, W4.0, L5.5, S5.5. NOC 7272. Almost 2,5 years experience in Canada. Didnt mention international experience because i dont have proof on this. My profile is easy, i put there only canadian experience, wes, ielts...but i have job offer from my current boss, and i`m working with him almost 2 years (udner LMO and WP)
i`m really proud of you folks, because earn +400 points without job offer or PNP is very good result. You are THE BEST!!!!

To improve your score , you should review the IELTS and see if you can score more than what the current score is. You could also get your spouse to do IELTS(if married) that could help. As the Express Entry in my opinion gives you score for your experience with the combination of your IELTS(Skill transferability). That my suggestion mate!!!!

I have a question. I am applying in EE and currently my CRS point is 432. If I will remove my spouse from the application it it comes to 462.
Is it legal not to include your spouse in your EE application or there will be any problem ?
If I am not including her in my PR application, can she stay in Canada with a visitor visa ?
How long it will take and what will be the challenges for her to get a PR after me ?

System will not accept your application until you put your wife's details in there IF you select your marital status as married.

If you change your marital status to "SINGLE" then you would be lying on your visa application.

Now it is up to you to decide whether it's LEGAL to lie on a visa application or not!
