Express Entry Profile Submitted Applicants with score of 400+

hi Everyone

I have been reading this thread and few people mentioned that anybody having score more than 420 has decent chances to get ITA.mine is 421 any idea by when i might get ITA its been more than 3 months that i have created my profile and score is still 450 in last draw.

Will this go down ??? :-X

My original score was 430. I got a PNP that pushed my score to 1030.

How long did it take for you to get your PNP approved?

I am getting desperate.I recreated my profile in June got my ECA in September. I am hoping that Ontario picks my profile for nomination.
I just noticed yesterday that my profile which met both FSW and CEC no longer meets CEC,I have no idea why. I tried to call CIC today but they were not picking calls. PGWP expires in March. my score is only 433.
Does anyone have any ideas what happened to my FSW and what to do
