Express Entry Profile showing Processing Submission

Hi everyone,
As you all know that express entry profile tells you within 15 minutes if you are eligible or not. You get your E number and confirmation mail but in my case, it has been more than 4 hours and I haven’t received any email or any update.

What I have read till now is that it is not a common thing. There is very little information about this on internet. And from what I have researched so far, people who got this problem kept getting the same “status” for almost 2 weeks and they ended up creating a new profile because nothing happened to the old one.
I am confused what to do. Thinking of withdrawing the profile. Not sure if I can do that because not showing me any options under “Action”.
Please help...!!

Hey Taur, how long did it take for the profile to be submitted for you? In the situation right now and would be grateful if you could answer! thanks buddy!
