No I haven't gotten an ITA yet
If there is no application it is ok to update and submit the profile again, try to call and talk to IRCC on the phone they will advise you the reason there were some threads in this forum earlier that due to system bugs IRCC advised EE profiles to be submitted again.
 
I have the same issue too. Please can someone help explain why? At least it’s not possible that one’s total score will be 0.

What is your full profile - age, ECA, IELTS/TEF etc. How many selection points do you have?
