Express entry profile related help

Hello,

I made the EE profile and got same points as CRS calculator showed, missing 15 points of Canadian education. I did 1+1 certification courses in Canada and selected "one year degree or diploma at University or college" in the drop-down list for both courses. And filled other details of them separately. But still 0 for Canadian education. Do you know what should I do?

You might have selected the course to be taught as "English as a second language" option accidentally. Re-check every answer!

I checked multiple times and didn't see mistake. Writing the details about it here I found that in certified awarded I wrote "In good condition but no certificate awarded" I read in good condition and didn't see whole sentence. Thanks a lot.

Hi Everyone,
I started working on 11th Dec 2023. Can I open my EE profile today (18th Dec 2024)? I've completed 1 year but while creating EE profile they just ask for month/year. So, I'm confused.
