Express Entry Profile Question - Primary Applicant

Guys, Please help in deciding the primary applicant between me and my spouse to get the ITA quickly.

Me:

IT experience - 10 years,Bachelors Degree,Living in the USA 31 years and getting the score of 433

Spouse:

IT experience - 4 years, Bachelors Degree, Living in the USA. 28 years and getting the score of 440. Currently not working and have a break of 3 years from last experience.

Please let me know if need any other information. Not able to decide which profile will be good to get the ITA. In the last two months the score started going up.

Your getting an ITA will be dependent on how high your score is, so whoever has the highest score should always be the primary applicant, unless you have doubts about being able to secure the documents to prove the claims made by that person that resulted in that score....
 
Thanks. But to get PNC which profile is good ? as with recent increase in CSR score i can take my chances in PNC. But i will go ahead and create the profile.
 
If that's your concern then create two profiles and go from there.
