Express entry profile question after Marriage of a PR

Hello Guys,

I am already a PR but haven't made the move to Canada. I did my soft landing to complete my PR process and got the PR card.
In 2019 May, I got married in India. Now, before i make the big move to shift to Canada I plan to take her along. I've decided to apply her through express entry and thus created her profile. I've question on some of the questions which are asked during profile creation:
1. Whether spouse will accompany you to Canada?
2. Whether Spouse is PR or Canadian citizen.

What will be the answer to first question? If I chose yes, then it reduces her points considerably. I think it should be NO as I'm already a PR and i wont' tag along with her.

Please suggest.

I checked on multiple forums, and I seen to get understanding that my answer should be NO for first question. Reason is i am not dependent on my wife. I am already a PR and don't need to tag along with my wife.
Anyone else has a suggestion on this? Thanks in advance!

First answer is no. Second answer is yes.
