I tried to open my express entry profile three times, but my profile is showing not eligible. Following is my profile
Can you please inform me why my profile showing not eligible
1. Languages: 20, writing-6.5, speaking-6.50, reading-7.0, listening-6.0
2. Master completed and evaluated by WES, point -23
3. Age :12 point, my age 29
4.. one years job experience: 9 point
5. Adabtibility: I have completed three years of my PhD program, degree not completed, point: 5
So, total point is 69
Please help me why my profile showing not eligible

I think you are not filling up the profile properly... If I am correct, I think this would be the points that you should be getting from each section:
1. 89 points
2. 135 points
3. 100 points
4. was this in Canada or in another Country?
5. I haven't done a PhD so I can't help with this.

I estimated this point for eligibility of express entry point 67 out of 100, not the CRS ranking point. My work experience is outside of Canada
