Express Entry Profile -No Score Showing / Eligibility

Dear All:

I would appreciate your assistance on the below matter:

I started with the eligibility check. The outcome stated that I'm eligible, and it asked me to submit my profile.

Based on that, I filled in my profile with all the requested details and submitted it today, 17-09-2018. Within 3 minutes, I received a message saying that I am no more eligible. I tried to drill down to the score, but everything is blank.

Can someone explain to me why the system outcome changes from eligible before submitting detailed profile, to non-eligible after submitting profile.

Also, why i am unable to view my score broken down?

I have more than a year of experience in the primary NOC, Sufficient funds more than 25000, IELTS score 7.5.
But my concern is why i cant see my score?

Double check all your answers. Search for FSW eligibility score (or CEC if that's your program), calculate it as based on your answers. Each question in the profile has two purposes, to check your eligibility under a program and to calculate your CRS score. When you understand the purpose of each question, you can easiliy figure out which question is making you ineligible.

check hours per week as well. needs to be over 30.
