Dear All:

I would appreciate your assistance on the below matter:

I started with the eligibility check. The outcome stated that I'm eligible, and it asked me to submit my profile.

Based on that, I filled in my profile with all the requested details and submitted it today, 17-09-2018. Within 3 minutes, I received a message saying that I am no more eligible. I tried to drill down to the score, but everything is blank.

Can someone explain to me why the system outcome changes from eligible before submitting detailed profile, to non-eligible after submitting profile.

Also, why i am unable to view my score broken down?

Appreciate your help.
 
Did you also mention your ECA in the form? If you didn't, that's probably the reason why the message said you are ineligible and everything is blank.
