Express Entry Profile Ineligible

I tried twice to submit my profile for Express Entry and they have both come back ineligible. My CRS is 470 so what am I doing wrong?
1. My funds are over the 12,164 requirement
2. My experience is related to years I was not studying
3. My language test and education evaluations are from 2016

I just don't get it.

Is there anything that I over looking? Please help!

what's the NOC code of your work experience?

One is 1311 and 1431 but with my schooling it would be 1111

Do you have at least 12 month of Canadian full time experience in 1311 or 1111?
1431 is not eligible under CEC nor is eligible under FSW

1. Applied for SINP OID in draw of April 2019
2. My IELTS expired on 06th Jan 2020
3. received msg from CIC saying ineligible for EE on 25th Jan 2020
4. SINP application status says "in process"

Will i be able to apply again ?

Your EE profile would have become ineligible due to expired IElTS. As soon as you take the ielts exam again, create a new EE profile after that. Send the new EE profile to SINP. Incase, a nomination from SiNP is given before you create the new EE profile, you can still send them the new EE profile number to transfer the nomination.
