It won't raise eyebrows - you're allowed to edit the information in your application, even if it conflicts with your profile - in fact, you should. It is our responsibility to ensure everything we submit is accurate, even if that means having a discrepancy between your EE profile and your eAPR. A change won't have a negative impact on you unless the change results in your CRS Score dropping below the cut-off CRS for the Draw in which you received your ITA. The change you've outlined shouldn't have any impact on your CRS Score.

That being said, if your NOC Code is the same for both designations, I don't think you need to include a separate entry for your first designation. As I said, since both of my designations fell under the same NOC Code, I just included one entry for both of them.

Just one final question - i will be getting the letter from my manager only and i will get this notarized. In this case, do I still need to produce a letter of explanation with additional documents to prove my credibility? If yes, what are the documents should i include? I’m thinking about my recent payslips, Form 16, and my appointment letter and my appraisal letter too. Will this suffice?

Yes, definitely include all of those supplementary documents you outlined. A letter of explanation is only necessary if you're worried that IRCC needs clarification on something; in this case, the notarized letter from your manager and the additional documents you outlined should suffice on their own, unless there is something more complicated about your case that you wish to clarify.

So, I have uploaded all my documents in the document checklist page and in the "details column" it says "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC" and text is in green.

For ex: Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC
Uploaded Filename: Passport.pdf

Is there a final submit button somewhere that i do not see? When i scroll down, there is only the option for "exit questionnaire" on the bottom left. Is there something that i am missing here?

Edit: In the family information sector, I had chosen "I will only pay only application fees" and now i can edit it obviously. I read that CIC will NOT refund once they process my application. So, by process do they mean that my application is OK or sort of cleared which will grant PR? Has there been an instance where after several months of processing an application gets rejected and the fees refunded? I also read in the forum that the full fees will be refunded if my application gets rejected. Just curious to understand all of this before paying my fees and submitting my application.
