Express entry profile expired one day earlier?

Hi all,

I was about to finalized my invitation to apply to permanent residency via EE today and my profile just disappeared and I got a message saying that my profile was valid until June 24, 2017 so it got expired. Today is still June 23 and I then thought I still had today to finish.
What's going on? I need to create a new express entry profile from zero? I have all the papers, I was about to finish :/.

Also, it feels so unfair cause I couldn't access my profile for about 3 days in the past weeks because of technical issues on the website.

I sent a ticket to the technical support. No idea if it will be taken care of fast or something. It is very frustrating.
I would appreciate if you have any feedback for me please.

Well You should have not waited until the last minute. These things are automated and computer controlled. I dont know based on time calculation computer has reached the conclusion.

I am sure you could not raise an issue or do something about it. Your best action is to make a new profile and get going afresh ! You are close and you are ready. Next time it will be very quick I guess.

I was still waiting on some important papers that I only received yesterday. I was frustrated, but I think the next time will be ok. I have 475 points, so it could be worse. I'm ready with all the papers to make a new EE profile now. We will see

Wow. I just made a new EE profile now. I have already my score and I have 505 points today :O. I think it's thanks to the new changes that occured recently regarding the language skills or something. Just wait and see now. Fingers crossed

Back to the pool, not a bad place to be in for the summer haha... *swims*

Hello @Andy_ready ,

Why is your profile expiring? Do you have an ITA already? Didn't you have enough time to prepare your e-aPR, or what's your situation exactly?
In any case you can surely dismiss your current profile and create one ASAP to be ready for a next draw!

Hey Mimi, Sorry for the vague post. I created my ee profile last year under the CEC program. But i had low points so i had to get an ECA for my education. Due to some mix up with my university and then with WES, i ended up getting my ECA from IQAS this morning. Now my CRS score is 521. So i am waiting to get an ITA in the next draw. However my profile is expiring in 4 days :-( So should i withdraw and create a new one or wait for it to expire and create a new one after that. I dont remember how long it took before the profile can get active. I am joining this amazing group late and now scrambling for answers.

I guess you can just keep it and create a new one as soon as it expires to be ready, I guess it doesn't matter much as long as you have always a profile up!
