Hi there,
I have created my Express Entry Profile and am applying as a Federal Skilled Worker but after I created my profile I was told I was not eligible? I don't see how as I am meeting the requirements? Has anybody else had this problem? I'm not currently working as my work permit got denied and my Visa expired in April so I had to restore my status as a visitor. I do, however, have a valid job offer from my employee and my boyfriend is coming in under my application as common-law spouse. Reasons I was denied eligibility were as follows;
not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old - Sat my test May 15th and got 11 in all 4 categories
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience - need one year, I have 19 months.
• not having the required education level - I have my University degree from Ireland and insurance license from insurance council of BC, did not use WES though?
• not having enough funds - what do they require for both me and my boyfriend and are they strict on this amount?
Sorry for all the questions but I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me! One other question they asked under the language test was for the 'language test result form or certificate number' ...I was a bit unsure as to what I needed to list here as there is no certificate number on my CELPIP cert, only my registration number?
Would appreciate any advise people have to offer!
Please and Thank You from frustrated Irish Woman!
