Express Entry Profile creation - GCKey

Hi All, I tried creating a profile in express entry, which allowed me to create login credentials with 2 options. I chose GCkey option. After logging in, I do not see any information related to profile creation. Does it take few days to reflect the options to proceed further by creating a profile? Please help

Log in using gc key
Accept, security question etc.
Select 'Apply to come to Canada'
Select 'Express Entry'

You're good to go from here.

Thanks for the response. I do not see the option Apply to come to Canada. Do I wait until 5 days to see that option?

Hi Rajapanesar,
I do not see any table. The links at the bottom are generic such as "About, Transparency, News and Contact Us. Other than that, I have option to change password/Security question, revoke your GCKey and sign out. The message on the page says as below;

"
From this page you can Change Your Password, Change Your Recovery Questions or Revoke Your GCKey.

To help protect your information, please remember to sign out and close your browser before leaving this computer unattended.

Please select Continue to return to the Government of Canada online service."

Before getting into this page there was a message as below;

"Online applications: After we receive your application, it may take up to 5 days for you to see it in your account. We are working to make this wait time shorter. If your application does not appear after 5 days, contact us and report a technical problem. This issue will not delay processing of your application."

Accept the terms and conditions
Answer the security question
Then you get to the table

I really appreciate your time responding. After I Click continue it navigates to home screen of cic.gc.ca with the options to choose English or French and then regular options. It's like back to square one.

I'm sorry I can't help you further. In my case, clicking continue brought me straight to apply for immigration; when I first started.

Try logging out, clearing cookies on your computer and then logging in again to cic website.

HI,

I was facing a similar problem. I tried incognito and it worked.

you can try that.

It does, but oftentimes doesn't.
The site goes into a loop a lot.

How did you solve this eventually? I have been stuck at this for 24hrs. I even created a new gckey, and yet still the same.
