DelPiero07 I have a job offer and the Work permit is valid for 2 years. Are you stating that without completing a year in Canada, would the ICT doesn't count as valid job offer? There seems to be a different section all together if I complete a year isn't it?

I have been associated with this employer for 8 years(India + US) now but only 5+ months in Canada.

As already stated, if you are under an ICT, you must work in Canada for a full year first before you can qualify for the 50 job offer points.

i'm under a similar situation, but i have been in canada for more than a year now (so i answered yes to "Has Candidate been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)"). i'm still not getting the 50 points in my express entry profile. my noc is 0111.

for the question "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?", should i answer yes to this question? I have an Offer of Employment (LMIA Exempt) No. - is this similar to what they call a confirmation letter?

thanks in advance for your response!
