Express Entry Processing Time Exceeded 6 Months (9 months now)

Hello All,
I have applied for the express entry program and it's been almost 9 months but I haven't received any updates on my application. Around the 6 month mark, I got a request for further information (resume for work history) which I provided and ever since the online status is that my application is being processed.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and if so did you manage to follow-up with IRCC and how.

I'm not sure if I understood your question. Don't know what you mean by gcms or ndvo.

gcms notes is the report from the visa office system which tracks all activities on your PR application. From the report, you can know what stage your security check is and if they need any documents from you. Also, when you order, it triggers the officer to look at your file. You cant order it if you are outside Canada. If you have a frnd or relative in Canada, then they can order on your behalf. If not, then order it through caipsgcms.com
