Express Entry PR Application "cancelled as incomplete"

I had an ita on February to appli for PR and I did and after a month or so I received a message saying my application is canceled as incomplete,
The reason is that I put an expired police clearance certificate I didn’t think that they would cancel the whole application for it and maybe ask me to replace it.
I have a new police clearance certificate now , is there anyway I can reopen My application and replace the document ?

All your documents MUST be valid at the time of submitting your application.

The application has to be complete or otherwise IRCC will cancel it. It's up to you to ensure it's complete, including valid PCCs.

You can submit a case specific inquiry to request that IRCC reopen your application. They most likely won't since there was no error on their part in canceling the application. However you can certainly try. It's possible you may get lucky

If IRCC won't reopen your application, then you will need to create a new Express Entry profile and wait for ITA again.
