Express Entry Points for Offer Letter

I moved to Canada a year ago on Closed-WP (Intra-Company transfer). Now while creating EE profile I have following doubts.

** Company (TCS) is not willing to provide any help or document. Also, it is a policy that I cannot change my residency status while I am here **

1. For getting points related to 1 year of Canadian experience, will they just consider 1 years of payslip?

2. For getting points for LMIA Exempt Offer Letter, they provided a letter which basically is an agreement.
The line "I cannot change my residency status while I am here" is there in it.
I have the application which they sent to Canadian High Commission which has LMIA Exempt mentioned and also, 3 year, NOC code, Role, Salary amount mentioned.
I also have a increment letter with Salary Breakdown along with this.

My doubt is how do I get the points for offer letter, will uploading the letter with "cannot change my residency status" cause any problem.?
Can I use anything else instead of it ?

You cannot count points unless you provide an updated letter from your employer stating that you will have a full-time job one year past PR.

How the points for 1 year of experience? Will providing paystubs of 1 year work?

Sorry, but I have one basic question about the fee, just for example, I add that I have offer letter and try to get email written from HR or some other proof like that, but while submitting the document they come back saying that this document won't work, what would happen to my profile and fee ?

You can count your one year of Canadian experience but cannot count 50 points for LMIA exemption without update letter that specifically states that you will have job one year past PR.
