Hi Harris,
Welcome to the forum! 68/100 on FSW eligibility grid means you're ELIGIBLE for Express Entry; however, a CRS score of 353 means you're unlikely to get an ITA :( The current CRS Cut-offs are hovering between 440 and 450 right now. Is there any way you can improve your CRS Score?

Immigration agents will lie to get your money. With your CRS Score, I don't see how they can be giving you an 80% guarantee, unless you're in a unique position to obtain valid arranged employment in Canada (very difficult to do) or you are eligible for a PNP programme. You need to ask your immigration consultants to break down how they determined an '80% likelihood' for you - if it's legitimate, they should be able to explain themselves to you.

PNP programmes are numerous and incredibly varied - the only way for you to know if you're eligible for any of them, is to research each of them individually - some of them give preference to persons in certain professions (what's your profession and NOC Code?), others will require you to go through the Express Entry system. One of Ontario's PNP programmes requires you to have a CRS score of 400 or more. There's a thread here specifically focused on PNP, where you might be able to learn more, but you're definitely going to have to do your own research. Keep in mind, as well, that most PNP programmes appear to only be 'open for application' for short periods of time, and can thereafter stay closed for quite a while before reopening for new applications.

Yes, a 80% guarantee that they will take your money and run.
