I am a candidate in the Express Entry pool. I have met the requirements for Federal Skilled Worker. In my profile under PNP I'm seeing NOT MET. Does this mean that I will not get a Notification of Interest (NOI) or is there still a chance for me to get a notification of interest from a Province?

it says not met for PNP cus you don't have a nomination from any of the Provinces.
